A note from the founder

I spent twenty years in the public sector, including a year and a half as an NHS Wellbeing Lead, responsible for the conditions that let more than four and a half thousand staff stay human while doing near-impossible work. I carried a great deal of what those teams could not say out loud.

In time I understood something uncomfortable. Culture cannot be fully repaired from inside a single institution. The forces that shape it sit deeper, and reach wider, than any one organisation can hold.

So I left, and I built Culture Blueprint, so that no leader would have to sit alone with their culture score at nine in the evening, guessing at the emotional weather of their team. Human-Centred Performance Engineering is the next step in that work. The same conviction, now applied at enterprise scale.
